I’m Shannon Syzek. I’m a Michigan native rooted for many years in the Denver area of Colorado. I’m a wife, mother, step-mother, daughter, and friend. I have a strong faith and deep desire to make use of my unique strengths and skills to serve my community and to help others do the same. 

My professional experience spans two decades in human resources leadership for organizations that are doing great business and making great impact. I use this background, combined with expertise as a SHRM-SCP HR professional, MBA, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and leadership coach to offer insights designed to elevate both team and individual performance.

As your coach, I take a personalized approach to understand your priorities and help you and your team gain self-awareness, improve relationships, and reach your goals confidently.
